Job Description

Do you want to work for an organisation that will be offering opportunities to work in the office a couple of days a week or even the possibly of working on a fully remote basisIf so, I am working with a client that currently have opportunities across the country where you can either be in the office 2-3 days a week or depending on the role, work remotelyDue to their ongoing continued business growth, this award winning employer have various opportunities for both Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution Pensions AdministratorsDue to ongoing continued business growth, they have an opportunity for an experiencedPensions Administrator to join their DC Pensions Admin team. As an experienced Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of occupational pensionschemes covering primarily - DC schemes, (any experience of CARE and Hybrid pension schemes would be advantageous but not essential.Working with a portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis, you will be involved in the management of their DC schemes including:

  • Carrying out complex pension administration tasks and calculations in accordance with internal processes and company policies.
  • Attending Trustee and ad hoc client meetings, including new business presentations as required;
  • Managing pensioner payrolls, pension increases and ensuring the annual notification of the lifetime allowance used is notified to pensioners in a timely manner;
  • Management of unit reconciliations / lifestyle switches and investment contributions;
  • Monitoring transactional activity for Tariff and Fixed fee clients and ensure regular financial information is provided to billing manager to ensure work is invoiced in line with the administration client service agreement accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Supervising junior members of the team;
The client is seeking someone with proven experience of working with Defined Contribution pension schemes that includes the carrying out of complex manual pension’s calculations etc.Additionally, you will be someone with the ability to priorities workload, keeping to deadlines and disclosure requirements and be competent in stakeholder / client relationship management.Offering an excellent and comprehensive remuneration package including the opportunity to work from home on a full time basis, further information is available on application.
