Swindon is the European Head Office and is responsible for relocation throughout Europe, Middle Eastand Africa (EMEA).You will be based working from home and occasional visits into the Swindon head office.Due to continued growth and success we are looking for a data analyst to work in a varied and fast paced environment which offers great benefits and long term career opportunities. You will be working in a critical function supporting the back end operationsensuring timeley and accurate services are delivered.You will be auditing and analysing the data and docuements needed to be ensure a relocation goes to plan and is compliant.Some of your Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Data maintenance and conducting audits of customer deliverables
  • Support the teams with certain tasks including payments and instructions
  • SLA and KPI reporting
  • Support projects where needed including volume trending, performance reporting and supporting the operational teams with data they will need
Ideally you will have a previous background within analysis and data integrity, you will have a good knowledge of excel and have a strong attention to detail. You will be a excellent planner and be a great problem solver. This role at times with have highvolume requests so you need to be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.As this role is completely working from home you will need to be able to work independently and use your own initiative.
