Job Description

INSIGHT ANALYST / £27,000 + Super Benefits Based on the outskirts of Worle, Weston-Super-Mare / Transport requiredThe Company:Our client, an expert in their field is well established and deliver world-class knowledge solutions and technical support on behalf of their impressive client base. Coupled with wider market data and trends they provide meaningful analysis and define future customer intents. As an Insight Analyst,you will be responsible for working alongside the wider Digital Delivery team to produce actionable insight to influence & drive decision making.You will be responsible for understanding what the voice of customer iswhat customers are demanding of their clients, and from that, to understand:

  • where gaps may exist due to content being incomplete or missing
  • where content may not be effective due to it being hard to follow
  • where content may not be effective due to it being in the wrong format or incorrect
Finally, the teams role is to quantify all of this by measuring the effectiveness of our services against key metrics such as customer satisfaction, call time, call outcome and so on.Day to day requirements
  • Collate and appraise customer feedback, search data and other primary & secondary data sources
  • Upload curate and review other service data e.g. Device Returns
  • Obtain and circulate insights re: new tools, changes and roll outs (e.g. operating systems) across the various sectors which our clients operate within
  • Provide discernable insights from regular client review periods in support of client facing reports
  • Regularly appraise the landscape to ensure were equipped and on the front foot in regards aligning our product development to market intents
  • Alongside the Head of QI, work to implement an evolved reporting and insights model whereby Voice of Customer oriented metrics are front & centre.
  • Again, alongside the Head of QI ensure our reporting & insight models have a focus on future intents.
  • Provide a continuous focus on Call Drivers to ensure other DD teams are able to prioritise efforts
  • Maintain suitable dashboards to ensure internal/data sharing is simple
  • Contribute to & support the launch of a regular insights publication
The Person:General business acumen & the ability to apply this in practice (to insights found), good analytics experience ideally, Power BI & knowledge of Python is desirable but not essential, accomplished user of Microsoft Excel and MS Office and familiarity & someexperience with SQL would be beneficial.
