As part of this journey, we are looking for an engineer with a background in supporting and managing products including Horizon VDI, Windows 365, who enjoysworking with a variety of technologies and wishes to further their career by helping us achieve HLs mission.What youll be doing

  • Monitoring and management of ServiceNow and JIRA queues to ensure service requests and incidents relating DaaS products are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Seeking innovative solutions, improvements, enhancements, and automation wherever possible
  • Helping to deliver the product vision and strategy, making sure that technical and non-technical users are maximizing product functionalities
  • Actively engaging in a culture of continuous improvements to deliver quality service and support
  • Creating and maintaining accurate system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, hardware and software asset and configuration registers, problem and resolution knowledge bases, and documentation produced during the system lifecycle
  • Troubleshooting of failures and responding to security incidents
About you
  • Experience working in a regulated industry and change control environment
  • Broad understanding of DaaS technologies including VDI, CloudPC
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work
  • Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
  • An analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficiencies
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changing requirements and priorities
  • Microsoft or equivalent professional certification would be desirable

Interview processSingle InterviewWorking ScheduleWe are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
