You will be working with some fantastic clients on varied and interesting assignments.Were happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, well support you to balance your work and life.A look into the role As a Cyber Technical Consulting Manager within our Cyber Consulting team, you will:

  • Work as part of a team, providing hands-on advisory service that exceeds our clients expectations.
  • Work on technical delivery of projects, such as cyber security services, assessments, programmes, and general cyber security governance
  • Review and input to work of other team members including proposals and reports, providing feedback and guidance
  • Continue to develop our client offerings to ensure quality and value
  • Continue to evolve our processes and efficiencies
  • Mentor more junior team members and
  • Provide support to the wider team as part of RFP responses and business development opportunities
Knowing youre right for us Joining us as a Cyber Technical Consulting Manager, the minimum criteria youll need is a track record of hands-on experience of operating, reviewing, and improving cyber security controls and cyber security programmes, methodologies, and frameworks. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but dont worry if youdont tick every box, well help you develop along the way.
  • Extensive experience of operating and managing defensive control sets and assessment tools
  • Strong technical knowledge of defensive security technologies and processes
  • Experience of assessing foundational cyber security controls
  • Proficient in operating and reporting from offensive security tools and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Nmap, Kali, Burp Suite, Metasploit along with common TTPs used to exploit vulnerabilities in networks and applications
  • Experience of defining and operating phishing campaigns, performing and reporting technical security risk assessments and exposure of cloud security technologies.
  • Ability to report, present and justify conclusions to project teams and business stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure, system administration and web applications
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of cyber security standards such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS Critical Security Controls
  • Recognised cyber security certifications
