Our Supply Chain team are at the beating heart of Pukka, delighting our wide-ranging customers and consumers with excellent customer service. This role will lead the Customer Service team to deliver that best-in-class supply chain experience for our customers.Building strong cross-functional relationships is essential in this role to ensure our customer experience is seamless. Youll proactively work with our Sales team to ensure we collaboratively execute the sales plan and supply chain risks are managed, and with Supply Planning to effortlessly launch new products with our customers whilst also ensuring there is an exit plan for discontinued and surplus SKUs.Day-to-day, youll lead a highly engaged team to drive and deliver an improvement in on-shelf availability, short-term forecast accuracy and brilliant customer care. You will work with the team to develop key KPIs that help drive and guide improvements and reduce costs, and lead the team to ensure that promotions are executed, collaborative forecasts are agreed, and any efficiencies are realised so that wasteful activities are removed from the supply chain.About youYoull have substantial experience gained in a customer facing role and be able to interpret customer expectations, be passionate about excellent customer service and have the drive and ambition to ensure Pukkas customers are delighted. Youll also be an experienced people leader with the ability to motivate and develop a highly engaged team and have a proven track record of delivering change agendas.An excellent communicator, youll be able to influence and negotiate persuasively with peers and senior levels internally and externally, and be able to set your own agenda as well as having the ability to get buy in from key stakeholders. Highly numerate and financially astute, youll have an awareness of the commercial drive for performance across the sectors we operate in.
