Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a global digital events business based in Bristol with their search for a talented Customer Success Manager.The successful role holder will be responsible for end to end management of the customer journey for a portfolio of C-Suite clients. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.This is a busy and varied position and key duties will include:

  • Guiding Senior executives on a journey through industry leading digital events
  • Maintaining relationships with clients pre, during and post- events
  • Engaging directly with senior executives, ensuring they get the most value out of their experience. Tailoring their schedules and managing their post-event follow up process.
  • Managing the follow-up campaign within required timeframes and securing a minimum of 40% stage 2 meetings between client and executive
  • Effectively managing all associated administration for business reporting
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with C-levels via multiple streams of communication, You will have exceptional time management skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Ability to use CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoftteams required.What is in it for you
