Job Description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic new member of our busy and thriving sales team with great customer services and the ability to help customers on the phone, via email and online chat.Tildenet have four consumer brands in the fast growing gardening sector including www.agriframes.co.uk and www.haxnicks.co.uk with a great reputation and loyal customers who value our high standard of service. You will need to:

  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
  • Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer service
  • Liaise with couriers to arrange collections, deliveries and resolve issues
  • Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results as part of a great service
  • Help customers register online and process their website orders
  • Check product availability for customer orders and liaise with management teams if necessary
  • Assist financial department with customers on security checks, enquiries or issues raised by the customer
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery

  • Detail orientated and able to prioritise tasks
  • Experienced in dealing direct with the public
  • Comfotable working with figues and basic spreadsheets
  • Confident with the use of IT and databases - training will be given
