  • Our full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm
  • The starting salary is from £21,500
  • We are based next toBristol Parkway, offeringfree and secure on-site parkingor a short walk to localtrains or buses
What will you be doingYou will be providing support to the customers of a major UK financial institution. This involves communicating using a variety of methods including over the phone, by email and in writing, advising members, resolving queries, collaborating with independentfinancial advisors, and most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service.Benefits
