Having invested millions of pounds across the company they now require a customer service coordinator/controller to support their ongoing business growth.Working as part of a small, specialist team you will be the main point of contact between customers and the service engineers to ensure work is carried out within given timescales and to high standards. Youll use a SAP system to ensure everything runs efficiently and will carry out audits to keep everything as efficient as possible.The ideal person will be from a busy office or service desk background in the automotive sector. Youll be proactive and used to multitasking with good problem skills.
