Job Description

A leading ecommerce brand based in the South West, experiencing continual, substantial growth in both the UK and broader European market, are looking to onboard an eager CRM Manager to join their close-net marketing team.CRM Manager:You’ll be joining a fast-paced working environment in which team synergy remains a priority, and be responsible for all end-to-end CRM activity, email marketing campaigns and driving customer engagement. You’ll be working proactively in a role with a good level of autonomy and tasked with driving continual optimisation of the CRM function.CRM Manager – Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a fast-paced B2C retail/ecommerce environment, ideally inclusive of small-medium scale firms.
  • A strong history being hands on within the CRM function, creating disruptive email campaigns, customer journeys and multi-channel engagement.
  • Familiarity using a number of CRM tools, preferably Klaviyo or Dotdigital.
  • A passion for driving company-wide success through CRM and automation, with an ability to generate success in a challenging working environment.
  • The company values meticulous marketers with an in-depth understanding of the CRM function and individuals with an ability to create impact upon hire. As a brand that prides their team cohesion, a manager with strong interpersonal skills and confidence leading a team will be most successful upon application.In return you will receive a salary around £35,000-£50,000 with ongoing training and progression opportunities.
