Day-to-day, youll take advantage of a balanced team structure, approachable leadership and paralegal support, along with the use of technologies ensuring your time is used efficiently.The Role3 PQE Corporate Tax Solicitor to join Tier 1 Chambers ranked team in Bristol Top 50Tier 1, Chambers ranked and renowned for providing creative and practical solutions to an enviable and unique client-base. The team performs as a market juggernaut offering deep insight and performance comparable to that of the City.Taking ownership of matters both transactional and contentious, the commercially-minded aura of the team has drawn the attention of FTSE 250 companies, charitable bodies, international conglomerates and some of the largest public sector bodies in the UK. The team also supported HNW individuals with their cross-border interests and affairs.Working with an international scope on matters such as corporate restructurings, investment fund transactions, property transactions and all applicable tax considerations, you will have continued exposure to a wide array of complex issues thus building upon your existing excellence.While the role is technically challenging, youll foster and develop longstanding partnerships with a booming client-base safe in the knowledge your advice has contributed to their ongoing success.In recognition of the vast array of matters you will handle, your influential position within the business and the structured pathway for career development in place from day 1, youll see progression at lightning pace.The Requirements

3 years relevant PQE, demonstrated with prior success and performance

Specialism with one or multiple areas of Corporate tax

CTA qualification, or commitment to achieve

Commercial, hands-on mindset
