With flexible hybrid working options available, this firm provides a wide range of legal services across various sectorssuch as construction, energy & resource management, higher education, and financial services.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the head of the corporate team, and with the national corporate team to deliver high-quality legal advice to their expanding corporate client base. The role will involve providing tailoredand commercially focused advice on corporate advisory and transactional matters, covering both private and public sector markets.This is what youll be doingThis firms corporate team offers transactional and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. The corporate teams experience working at the interface between the public and private sectors gives our client a unique insight into cross-sector partnershipworking, and they frequently advise on matters involving both public and private sector participants.Although you will be part of a larger corporate department, this role offers the opportunity to work within a smaller team, specialising in public sector corporate matters.
