Job Description

Controls Engineer (Specialist Equipment)Bristol £50,000 - £55,000 + Relocation Assistance + Free Parking + Private Medical Insurance Are you an experienced Controls Engineer looking to elevate your career, working for a global leading business in its sectorAre you ready to work with an international client base, providing cutting edge solutions to prestigious brands across the worldOn offer is the opportunity to become part of a highly skilled and proficient team, producing bespoke electrical design solutions across a variety of projects, supplying to the automotive and aerospace industries.The Role

  • Taking a lead on key projects from Software Development to Deployment and Commissioning
  • Developing and delivering control solutions
  • Working with a variety of automation hardware including laser management, robotics, barcode readers, high speed counters, laser welders and analogue sensor technologies
  • PLC programming and providing specifications
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver key projects from start to finish
The Person
  • A degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering OR a Higher National Standard Certificate/Diploma equivalent
  • Electronic Engineering experience (any industry)
  • Strong knowledge of ePlan P8, AutoCAD Electrical and Motion Control
