Job Description

Contracts Manager / Commercial ManagerAre you an experienced commercial or contracts person with experience supporting construction, infrastructure or logistics projects looking to join an established yet growing business where you will form an integral part of the team delivering against a £multimillion several year project.As a Contracts / Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of a multi discipline team to deliver project objectives, improve efficiencies and profitability
  • Foster fantastic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify, resolve and improve any issues or bottlenecks across the project
  • Produce up to date project valuations and claims for work completed
  • Lead cost, forecast and budget reporting
  • Ad hoc project work
    • You will have the following experience:
  • Strong contracts experience with construction, infrastructure or logistics contracts (Ideally NEC3)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and promote working relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen able to surpass clients expectations and deliver ROI
  • Excellent attention to detail and self starting
