Job Description

Our client is looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join its dynamic firm. If you would like to play a major part in growing team, this might just be the role for you!The RoleYoull be the at heart of company secretarial work, handling board minutes, shareholder resolutions, portfolio and stakeholder management.Your days will involve working closely with internal teams, supervising junior staff, drafting forms and completing filings.Youll have the chance to lead a busy caseload, to supervise the Company Secretarial Assistant and other team members supporting on various tasks, whilst collaborating with the senior leadership team.Experience and SkillsYou will have relevant and recent experience in company secretarial matters, have excellent technical skills and a drive to succeed.Having great written and verbal communication are a must.
