Commercial Sales ManagerLocation: M4 Corridor northSalary: c £50k plus annual bonus (TBC) and company carHours: Full time, working from home but also field basedBenefits: 20 days hols + bank hols, rising by 1 day pa to 25 days max, pension, paid for parking, socials inc paid for xmas holiday, friendly cultureAspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are a well-established business with their H/O in Bournemouth but with multiple sites across the UK.They are now looking to strengthen their Sales team by recruiting and experienced Commercial Manager to work from home but also being out on the road most of the time to see potential clients.Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer you will have strong commercial/operational/Sales experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop long term relationships with clients and the community.The purpose of the role is not to go out and win new sites. Its about looking at the existing sites they have and analysing the opportunities around those locations, approaching local business and hotels to encouragetheir staff and customers to use their facilities! Its very much a Sales/account management type role but with the ability to produce commercial reports for their customers with key measurables outlined. You will be targeted and will be monitored on the amount of potential business you visit on a weekly basis as well as anticipated revenue and targets. You will be expected to develop new additional business through account management of both new and existing B2B accountsWorking closely with their Marketing Executive but also their Operational teams to drive and deliver their financial targets.The successful Commercial Manager will:
