Commercial LawyerInside IR35We are currently seeking a Commercial Lawyer to be based 2 days per week in Bristol with the remainder from home.This role will provide comprehensive legal support to the organisations projects from inception to completion. This will include:Draft and negotiate legal agreements to support project objectives for the Organisation, to protect their legal position.Be responsible for their own workload with support from the Monitoring Officer and Senior Commercial Lawyer in respect of developing legal agreements/ legal structures.Advise on contract procurement work in the changing environment post BrexitAdvise and work on development projectsSuitable candidates will have previous experience in a similar role.
