Job Description

We are in search of a proficient and driven Insurance Broker to elevate our team. As an integral part of our organisation, you will engage with clients to identify tailored insurance solutions that align with their unique requirements. This dynamic roledemands exceptional communication prowess, adept customer service, and a comprehensive grasp of insurance products and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to discern their insurance needs and deliver suitable recommendations.
  • Strategically promote insurance offerings across diverse platforms to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients existing insurance arrangements to pinpoint coverage gaps.
  • Skilfully negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal rates and terms on behalf of clients.
  • Guide clients through insurance applications and associated documentation with precision.
  • Exemplify superior customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Remain abreast of industry dynamics, regulatory shifts, and alterations in insurance policies.
  • Employ telemarketing methodologies to effectively connect with prospects and cultivate leads.
