Job Description

Quartz Insurance Brokers Ltd a specialist media Insurance Broker are looking for a Administration Assistant to add to our team. Quartz Insurance Brokers Ltd are a rapidly growing organisation dealing exclusively with media clients such as BBC, Warner Brothers and UKTV. As a Administration Assistant you will assist brokers in all aspects of insurance broking including

  • Preparing documentation for new business and renewal quotations
  • Data processing and spreadsheet management
  • Client invoicing and debt management
  • Insurance claims administration
  • Providing support to brokers in other duties in their absence or during busy periods
  • Administration Assistant Key Skills:
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Meeting daily deadlines for data inputting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
  • Excellent inter-personal and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others
  • Insurance experience preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
