My client alwaysputsthe customer at the heart of what they do and they need their next candidate to believe in this. Collections experience is preferred for this role however, not essential as full training will be provided.This vital role in the business will be to support customers with payments and debt management services. As a Collections Advisor you would be to contacting current and former customers in relation to their overdue energy bills. This requires excellent customer service as you will be conducting an accurate assessment on the customers financial circumstances to set up affordable repayment plans!Communication is key to this fast paced, exciting role - it requires an empathetic ear as well as fantastic customer service skills!What would my duties include
