Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employabilitysectors.Job Title:Coaching Professional Trainer AssessorLocation:Home/Field based–predominantly virtual learning, but must be flexible with travelapprox. 2 hour radius of homeSalary:up to £35,000Type:Full Time,2 yearContractEssential Criteria:

  • Must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching
  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships,ideally within Coaching Professional but not essential
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel when needed.
Duties:
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
  • Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
  • Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timelyreviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
