With a constant view to grow, they are looking to expand their team by implementing a new role into the company.In this role you will be tasked with leading a team of 20 machinist in the workshop. Your role will involve a mixture of man-management/ supervising, managing sub contractors as well as the materials. You must ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the time frame given.The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in a leadership position within the precision industry (CNC or Manual Machines). This could include: workshop manager, workshop supervisor, CNC supervisor, CNC Team leader or similar.
