CNC Miller - Setter/OperatorCompany DescriptionA well respected aerospace manufacturer in the Bristol area, specialising in airframe and landing gear parts as well the machining of castings, forgings and 3D printed parts. Working very closely with AirBus and other customers throughout the UK, Europe andAsia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Keynsham for a CNC Miller. The role does involve a double day shift 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm alternatively the late shift does come with a 25% shift premium. The CNC Miller will be responsible for setting and operatingmachines to produce precision aircraft components, ensuring high quality standards, operational efficiency, and execution of priorities. This role will also ensure that the working area is organised and housekeeping standards are maintained to minimise therisk of FOD.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in CNC milling and Setting/OperatingFamiliarity with Fanuc/Heidenhain would be desirableKnowledge of engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Previous experience with CNC Mills and in aerospace is a plus.
