Job Description

Stable precision engineering company recruiting for a CNC Miller, friendly workshop in Bristol up to £14.00 per hour. Job title: CNC Miller/ CNC programmer / CNC setter operatorSalary: £13.50 -14.00 per hour + overtime, BonusBenefits: Pension, 33 days holidayHours: 39 hours per week day shift Monday to Friday earlier finish FridayLocation: Bristol, BS4Duration: Permanent We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller/ CNC programmer / CNC setter operator with precision engineering experience to produce machined components and parts.The duties are to programme, set up and operate CNC Milling machines, any Hurco or Winmax controls experience would be ideal but not essential.You will be capable of interpreting engineering drawings and loading materials to produce detailed and complex parts to close tolerances in both low to medium batch runs from a range of materials, but mainly stainless steel.The CNC Miller/ CNC programmer / CNC setter operator must be able to translate instructions into computer programmes so the machines can perform the correct functions, preparing test runs for first off inspection and perform self - inspection of machined parts to the authorised level.The CNC Miller/ CNC programmer / CNC setter operator will ideally be time served or a City & Guilds or equivalent qualified and used to working to fine tolerances with ferrous and non - ferrous materials with an understanding of operating workshop machinery, tooling and precision measuring equipment.The company offer the opportunity to work in a stable and friendly environment with a good benefits package including a starting salary alary of £13.50 - 14.50 per hour basic + overtime, Pension, 33 days holiday, 39 hours per week Monday to Friday early finish Friday.Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
