My client, an international law firm, is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their expanding Tier 1 ranked department for their Bristol office.The role will be defending a caseload of Clinical Negligence files on behalf of NHSR and NHS trusts, as well as private hospitals. The caseload will consist of litigated and pre-litigated files of mixed values. You will be working on a range of matters fromcerebral palsy, incorrect diagnosis and fatal claims. You will also have the opportunity to assist the Partners and Senior Solicitors to gain exposure to their complex files, allowing a perfect environment to really develop your skill set.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE gained at a defendant law firm. You will also need previous experience handing or assisting a Clinical Negligence caseload. If you do come from a claimant background and looking to get intoa defendant firm you will still be considered.Salary will be £55,000 DOE, flexible and hybrid working is also offered with your time split 50/50 between the office and at home and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the option to buy more.
