Job Description

Client Services Consultant - Financial ServicesLocation: Central BristolSalary: £20,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experienceHours: Full time, Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)Are you passionate about providing amazing telephone-based customer serviceDo you have previous financial services experienceOur professional services client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing first-class technical telephone and email based customer service to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, IFA supportand end clients.You will answer queries relating to the website, online tools, processes, investments and reporting on products including GIA, ISA, SIPP and third-party products.The role will be based in the stunning central Bristol office full time for the first few months, after which, there will be an opportunity to work remotely two days per week if you wish. This is a role where you will be fully supported from day one.There is also a structured, optional, progression pathway to support your long-term career goals and will also offer incremental pay rises at successful completion of each stage.The client offers a host of wonderful benefits including:- Social and wellbeing events- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with annual increases- Private medical insurance- Life Assurance- Group Income Protection- Excellent pension scheme (10% non-contributory pension plus 10% uplift of any employee contribution)- Discretionary bonuses- Wellness subsidy of up to £50 per month on fitness activities- Volunteer leave (3 days paid volunteer leave per year)- Season ticket loan- Cycle to Work schemeResponsibilities:- Providing first-class customer service in a B2B as well as a B2C technical environment- Answering inbound calls and emails from advisers, paraplanners, admin staff, clients and third-party providers.- Answering web chats from advisers and paraplanners as well as handling and resolving adviser queries- Resolving queries using free format tools and sourcing answers from knowledge articles for calls, chats and emails- Carrying out administrative processes, and creating knowledge articles based on feedbackWe are looking for candidates who offer the following:- Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine passion to support customers over the telephone- Previous telephone customer service experience within any sector is required.- Experience within financial services would be highly advantageous- Competent relationship management skills, and key stakeholder management abilities- Highly organised, and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment- The ability to learn and retain knowledge with ease- IOC qualification (or studying towards) would be an advantage but not essentialPlease call Lucy at the Bristol Pertemps office on for a confidential conversation or click APPLY
