Client Services Consultant - Financial ServicesLocation: Central BristolSalary: £20,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experienceHours: Full time, Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)Are you passionate about providing amazing telephone-based customer serviceDo you have previous financial services experienceOur professional services client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing first-class technical telephone and email based customer service to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, IFA supportand end clients.You will answer queries relating to the website, online tools, processes, investments and reporting on products including GIA, ISA, SIPP and third-party products.The role will be based in the stunning central Bristol office full time for the first few months, after which, there will be an opportunity to work remotely two days per week if you wish.
