JOB TITLE: Client Insight Manager CAREER DEVELOPMENT PATH: Manager or Being an Expert (RL3) REPORTS TO: Lead Client Insight AnalystRole OverviewThe Client Insight Manager exists to ensure we are getting the maximum value out of our data when designing, managing and monitoring our clients use of our products and services. Aiming to develop our understanding of our clients, sharing actionable insightsto capitalise on opportunities, develop the right propositions based on future client needs and put the client and insights at the heart of decision making across the organisationRole Accountabilities - Responsible for managing and developing the capabilities of a team of analysts aligned to our client propositional teams- Building and managing an intelligent and accessible suite of client insight dashboards that provide a heartbeat for the organisation, allow us to assess business performance, clients outcomes and monitor product governance- Translating business reporting requirements into business cases and scopes for work from our engineering and science partners in the Client Insight & Data department- Supporting the product and propositional functions of our business through exploration of our client data to create insights and actionable recommendations based on client need- Responsible for technology strategy for data analysis relevant to their area- Ensure continual development to meet the changing requirements of the end users by identifying, prioritising and manage a backlog of development features- Ensure appropriate governance is defined and imbedded to control for access, change management, and any potential impact from upstream processes- Monitor and manage the consumption of the application within any pre-defined commercial arrangement (e.g Number of profiles, Server Calls, Data Storage)- Monitor utilisation of those systems to ensure data validity & veracity and manage the footprint of the applications to avoid any duplication.- Responsible for both monitoring and improving the commercial and client outcomes of their given area by spotting trends and identifying opportunities to do things better through the intelligent use of data to:-
