Client Data Analyst (1-year fixed contract)Ecosurety are looking for an accurate, logical, and personable data analyst, with strong organisation and communication skills, to deliver a high level of customer service for our clients.The Client Data Analyst will deliver data management services to clients, both via our account managers and direct with the client. Working for our Technical Team, the role involves the delivery of a range of data projects through a variety of platforms and supporting the development of data collection and data handling methodologies. The role requires strong team working and problem-solving skills, to collaborate with our account managers and understand, then deliver, our client’s needs.Location: Central BristolSalary: £30 to 32k per yearJob Type; 1-year fixed term contract, full time, 8 hours per day (with potential for contract extension)Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. 5 x salary life insurance, 5% pension, paid sick leave, happy to talk flexible working.Closing date: Thursday 17th December, 9amStart Date: asapResponsibilities:• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and other strategies to optimise data quality and process efficiency• Working with clients to perform data collection, cleansing and analysis for regulatory submissions and other data services• Support business development teams with client data project scoping• Coordinate internal stakeholders on the delivery of data management work• Create and manage dashboards and reports relevant to data projects (e.g. Power BI experience desired)• Ensure client weight databases are up to date and accurate• Ensure regular contact with clients, including onsite meetings around the UK as required• Engage with third party providers to enhance the delivery of data services to our clients• Provide technical guidance and carry out desktop monitoring to assess members’ compliance status with appropriate regulationsPerson Specification:•Strong analytical, organisation, IT and administrative skills•High level of compliance and attention to detail•Experience working with and developing data capture systems•Experience working with data visualisation applications (e.g. Power BI)•Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, with experience performing data analysis and automation using formulas and VBA etc.•Consistent and logical approach to completing tasks and following procedures•Effective communication skills; able to deliver challenging messages when needed•Able to work collaboratively both internally and externally•Persistent in problem solving and seeing tasks through to completion•Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new (often technical) information quicklyAbout Ecosurety:Ecosurety are a dynamic, industry leading team, based in the heart of Bristol’s vibrant city centre.
