Job Description

Signature recruitment have partnered with a successful and friendly property company in the hunt for a Case Handler to join the team. While this job is totally remote, youll need to be able to commute into Bristol for a weekly catch up with your manager(usually lunch or a coffee), so within an hour of Bristol would be ideal.The Company: This growing company are experienced in the tasks required in securing occupied properties on behalf of lender clients as well as adding value through completing major property refurbishments. The focus on possession, renovation,maintenance and insurance.Benefits and Package:

The Job:
  • Management of a property caseload
  • Communicating with clients, policyholders, and tradespeople
  • Working within client SLAs
  • Monitoring progress of all cases and relaying relevant information to all parties accordingly
  • Building relationships with policyholders and guiding them through each stage of the process
  • Managing any complaints that may arise
  • Adhering to all service quality standards set by the company
Requirements:
  • Previous claims management experience would be beneficial but if not they require previous experience of developing successful relationships within a client focussed environment.
  • An adaptable attitude and flexible approach to work
  • A positive outlook and be a confident communicator
  • Excellent telephone manner
The small print: This is a 6-month FTC working full time between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30.
