Recruiting for a Regional, Southern based Claims Auditor, on a full time, permanent basis.This role is remote/field based, with a 1 per quarter visit to Head Office in Bristol. You will be visiting firms across the Southern region, ranging from Cornwall to Kent, London to Cardiff, Bristol. 2-3 days per week expected to be out on the road completingaudits, with the other 2 days spent completing admin and report writing.Essential requirement for you to be based in the Southern part of the UK to fulfil this role.Company car will be provided as part of the package to support with the role. Therefore, full cleaning driving is required.Experience in legal expenses insurance would be advantageous, after the event or before the event, any exposure to claims, and auditing would also be great but can be taught.You’ll be joining a team of experience Claims Auditors who are covering other patches of the UK that will be largely involved in your training.Purpose of role:Responsible for monitoring the performance of panel firms, ATE solicitor network and other outsourced claims service providers against terms of business and/or service standards.HowPerforming robust onsite audits and remote statistical analysis.
