Job Description

An excellent opportunity with an international firm in Bristol is available on a 6-month FTC. The role is working as a Claims Administrator and involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the claims department.You will be working Monday - Friday, Full Time Hours 09.30 - 17.30 pm with the option to work hybrid!The client offers competitive salary as well as excellent benefits:

The Claims Administrator role:
  • You will be working productively in a team environment and will be responsible for a technical and efficient delivery of service, being responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Claims department.
  • Data entry
  • Being Responsible for the proactive management of files and compliance with external clients service level agreements
  • Opening new matters and inputting data into the claims management system.
  • Sending acknowledgements, conducting conflict searches, assisting with diary management, and providing management information (reports).
  • Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely, i.e. filing, scanning, making / receiving telephone calls, dealing with enquiries etc.
  • Dealing with financial matters, for example arranging and processing payments, dealing with billing and accounts queries, recording, and updating financial information etc.
The ideal Claims Administrator:
  • Previous office admin experience is not required as long as you have an interest in learning!
  • You will need to be happy with repetitive work duties
  • You will need strong written and verbal skills.
  • An enjoyment of providing strong customer service levels
  • Able to work flexibly and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team environment.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
