Job Description

My client is actively seeking a talented Civil Engineer with considerable experience in the industry, to join their innovative and collaborative team in Bristol. Working for this award winning multidisciplinary consultancy will offer you the opportunityto develop yourself professionally whilst working in a company that strives offer sustainable engineering solutions.Requirements

  • You will have a BEng in civil Engineering or relevant qualification includes HNC
  • Proficiency in software such as Windes, PDS, Civils 3D and Site 3D
  • Competent in AutoCAD and awareness of the use and management of external references, control of coordinates and units
  • Working knowledge of preparing ground models, drainage modelling, road design geometry and the production of residential development designs and highways
  • Awareness of relevant design codes such as Building regulations, DMRB and sewers for adoption
  • Knowledge of designs for adoption including S38, S278, S104 and S106
The Role
  • You will produce detailed designs
  • Liaise with clients and other relevant stakeholders
  • Work on projects related to highways, infrastructure and drainage design
  • Produce designs both preliminary and detailed
  • You will be coordinating alongside hydrology, civil design and transport planning teams.
  • Supervise and mentor emergent team members
  • Assist in technical aspects of projects
