Job Description

CASS Oversight ManagerBristol / Hybrid workingCompetitive Salary + Excellent BenefitsParmenion is a rapidly growing, award winning technology and investments solutions business. We currently house our 200+ staff in a magnificentopen plan office near the waterfront in the vibrant city of Bristol.Our strength comes from seamlessly integrating three core disciplines, discretionary investment management, platform services and intuitive technology.The RoleAs CASS Oversight Manager you will provide subject matter support to the Head of CASS Oversight ensuring that policies, procedures, oversight, systems and controls enable compliance with the CASS rules, whilst also working with key internal & external stakeholders.Key responsibilities

  • Providing lead oversight support, working with key stakeholders within the business and externally with service providers, auditors and when necessary, the regulator.
  • Ensuring the firms CASS manual and Resolution Pack remains complete and fit for purpose.
  • Ensuring the Client Money and Asset Return (CMAR) are accurate and completed on a timely basis and comply with any new rules or guidance.
  • Development and enhancement of Management Information for CASS Oversight, including the completion of daily oversight reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring robust and consistent review, monitoring, and management of all CASS breaches, supporting the report of themes and trends.
  • Responsible for the challenge, oversight and enhancement of existing CASS procedures/practices and processes.
  • Leading the co-ordination of the annual CASS assurance review and audit. Monitoring any actions raised to completion.
  • Managing the CASS oversight requirements in relation to third parties.
Skills and Experience required
  • Proven subject matter expertise with CASS (knowledge of CASS 6,7, 8, 10 is essential)
  • Proven track record in adhering to CASS regulations
  • Accounting background advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder engagement / business partnering skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
