Job Description

Multi Trade Carpenter - Social Housing Repairs Bath, Bristol, Swindon Areas areaCompany Van and Fuel Card Provided + call out rota (1 in 4 weeks) make safe.Temporary to permanent opportunityHowells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in Bath, Bristol, Swindon Areas.Multi Trade Experience - Carpenter - You will be responsible for all aspects of carpentry including kitchen repairs, bathroom repairs, bathroom and kitchens installs etc.Multi Trade Experience - You will also be confident in carrying out additional trades such as minor Plumbing, Brickwork, Patch Plastering, Decorating and Tiling.Multi Trade Additional Requirements

  • NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified
  • Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
  • Experience working within tenanted properties
  • Familiar with PDA usage
  • Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
    • Client informationThis is a full time, temporary to permanent role with a 40 hour working week. You will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £17.00 per hour - 12 weeks temp to perm with permanent contract on successful completion. Company van and fuel card supplied.
