They are able to do this by having dedicated care teams working 24/7 to ensure clientsand patients needs are met but also understood from a personal perspective.As a Learning Disability and Autism Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing world class customer service and administration support. You will act as an initial point of contact for customers and support with enquiries from clients, agencyworkers and the wider operations of the business.     • Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails
    • Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff andcolleagues.
    • Utilize your attention to detail to support with day team with booking candidates into shifts, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements and availability.
    • Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.
