Role OverviewThis role will support the Head of Capability & Engagement with the design, implementation and lead on key deliverables. To operationally and collaboratively design and deliver a capability map across the Service function to enable us to evolve into colleagueof the future state.This role will support the Head of Capability & Engagement with the design, implementation and lead on key deliverables.To operationally and collaboratively design and deliver a capability map across the Service function to enable us to evolve into colleague of the future state.To review current position of knowledge, skills and capabilities across all levels of colleagues in Service and the wider COO.To work alongside the Head of Capability & Engagement and the business to build the future desired Colleague and Leader of the future profile for the COO office.Work with the business leaders and HO to create the career paths of colleagues across Service.Working closely with the COEs in the People team to embed the outputs of the People and Culture change programme.Support the implementation of central people led initiatives locally in Service, ensuring they land with positive colleague engagement.Monitor and oversee the outputs of the colleague engagement survey, work with the business leaders and support action planning. Integral to supporting the colleague survey outputs.Evaluate quality of outputs linked to the colleague planning cycle - quality of 121s, coaching, end of year reviews and also any initiatives delivered to support business capability and engagementSkills & Experience
