Job Description

Campaign Manager£32,500 + BenefitsBristol (BS2 8RH)/Hybrid-workingThe RoleAre you highly organised, collaborative and an enthusiastic team player looking for career advancement in a rapidly growing company If so, we have an outstanding opportunity for you!We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated person to join our team as a Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be the point of contact with the client and manging their day-to-day expectations and relaying this detail to other areas of the businesswith regards to design, production, delivery and staffing for some of the worlds largest brands & products.Hybrid working is possible but there will be a requirement to be in the office at least 1-2 days per week. Client meetings at their place of work will also be required when needed.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Campaign Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the full cycle of high-profile integrated campaigns.
  • Managing the client on their day-to-day objectives.
  • Creative design for their product or brand in a multitude of differing environments.
  • Detailed management of quote process.
  • Detailed management of assigned budget and spending.
  • Understanding of event asset design for certain environments.
  • Managing timelines for each area of the campaign.
  • Manging the process from design creation to onsite delivery.
  • Co-ordinating suppliers, staff and resource for each festival / event.
  • Informing directors of developments and reporting back each week.
  • Delivering post campaign analysis with directors.

The PersonThe key skills and qualities of a Campaign Manager are:
  • Minimum 3 years experience within marketing agency/brand activations preferred.
  • Clean Driving licence (required).
  • Strong event project management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Happy to be away from home for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is key.
