  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE £45,000 - £50,000, uncapped)
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Location: Homeworking, blended working or office based (Hambrook, Bristol)

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
  • Proactively identify business development opportunities with target clients
  • Qualify new business opportunities with outbound communication
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and people of influence in the marketplace
  • Use online platforms like Hubspot and Linkedin to profile prospective clients
  • Generate and book online meetings for the external sales team
  • Liaise closely with the external sales team to maintain good working relationships
Skills required of a Business Development Manager:
  • Experience in sales, account management or business development is essential
  • Outbound telesales (B2B or B2C) and lead generation experience
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Resilience and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • The motivation to succeed
  • Demonstrable drive and ambition
