Theyve recently launched a new offering giving it an even wider range of solutions including over 5,000 funds and various wrappers.Theyre looking for a hybrid BDM/Account Manager in South Wales/South West England where youll be out and about 2-3 days a week.They have a salary bracket of £45,000 - £55,000 plus theres a £5,000pa car allowance.Bonus is paid half yearly, capped at 100% of salary. 60% of this bonus is performance related, the other 40% is linked to adviser engagement, personal development, compliance and activity. In short, things that you can control/influence.Theres a double matched pension of up to 14%, 26 days holiday (rising to 28) and you can buy/sell holidays. But importantly, its the springboard youve been waiting for.WHAT YOULL NEED TO HAVE:You need to have platform sales experience and work for another platform provider. We cant proceed without this no matter how good your track record.Youll be level 4 qualified (or close to) in financial planning and have a good track record.
