BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PERMANENT - B&B INTERIOR FIOTOUT CONTRACTOR£50,000 - £60,000 + package + bonusBristol An exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced construction Business Development Manager within the construction fitout market to work for a leading design & build interiors contractor with a high level of capability and an excellent reputation as one of the best employers in the region. The CompanyOur client is a highly reputable, secure and long-established regional Interior D&B contractor based in the Bristol area. Operating within the commercial office sector on high end fitouts. With a loyal and robust client base, the company has already secured a significant pipeline of work across South West for 2019. Typical projects are between £100k - £5Million in value. The Role* Drive opportunities within South West to help the business * Identify suitable projects in local market* Identify key clients / end users whom would be suitable clients * Grow the brand across the South west region of UK* Support pre-construction team on interviews and engagement with clients during bids* Develop sales / pipeline tracker of local projects* Organise social events with key clients* To ensure works are carried out to high standard complying with relevant British Standard* Identify any non-compliance in design / tender info.* To bring in new client opportunities for establishing new revenue streams* Maintain a close working relationship operations and delivery teams* Arrange any client site meetings* Attend mid-tender and post-tender interviews* Prepare presentations for introductions and potential future tender opportunities* Support completion of PQQ documents for new enquiries* To develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.* To drive new initiatives within the pre-construction teamPerson Specification:* Experience specifically in a Business Development Management role within the South West Construction market * A proven track record of pre-construction and Business Development within the office fitout market beneficial * Existing client contacts within the South west and wales region* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills* Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve* High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines* Commercial Aptitude* Highly personable & driven to succeed
