Job Description

Field Sales ExecutiveAs a Field Sales Executive you will be joining a company that is a proven world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of specialist equipment for the car body repair sector.Through continued strategic business growth and expansion, they are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join the business to look after the South West of the UK.As a Field Sales Executive your primary role is to sell the companys range of specialist car bodyrepair equipment into and build relationships with distribution networks. As a Field Sales Executive you will also call directly into car body repair shops and car body repair centres to introduce and when required demonstrate the specialist equipment,Joining this business as one of their Field Sales Executives they will offer you a very competitive renumeration package, great company perks and realistic career growth and progression.Salary £50K OTE (basic up to £37K DOE), plus bonus (up to £13.5K), Company Vehicle, Pension, 25 days hols (plus bank hols 32 days total), Health Care, EV salary sacrifice.Location: South West - Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Bath, Stroud, Weston Super Mare, Taunton, BridgwaterRole / Person:

  • Selling the company concept and vision to Distributors.
  • You will be an experienced and professional Technical Sales Person.
  • Have the ability to network, build relationships and close sales.
  • Be able to identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Having knowledge of the Car Body repair sector / Garage equipment sector will be an advantage but NOT essential.
  • Be able to network / build relationships with other industry sales people resulting in the promotion and leads for sales opportunities.
  • Build, support and grow a network of distributor sales staff to consistently provide leads.
  • Carry out high quality equipment demonstrations to potential customers.
  • To call on Bodyshops to introduce company products and create sales opportunities.
  • To manage an area visiting distribution prospects and existing customers as part of a structured plan to convince and motivate them to promote company products.
  • Assist with training the Distributor sales teams.
  • Attendance of trade shows.
  • Arrange joint workouts with Distributors Sales Representatives.
