Initially focused purely on process, the team has grown to support wider continuous improvement (CI) and transformational activities.Notwithstanding the teams size, change management as a concept is growing across the business. A number of departments now have CI functions within them which are supported by the centralised teamSuccess. This is where to achieve more for your career.Are you passionate about change management and continuous improvementAs Business Change Manager, youll be responsible for:

  • Manage projects throughout the change lifecycle
  • Supporting the increase in business change maturity
  • Supporting the build and maintenance of the change roadmap
  • Increasing business knowledge and effectiveness of the ADKAR model
  • Working across multiple functions to support continuous improvement and transformational projects and Identifying and proactively managing areas of risk/change fatigue
What we need from you
  • Demonstrable track record in a business change role
  • Excellent understanding of a change model (preferably ADKAR)
  • Experience managing transformational business changes (e.g. CRM/ERP implementations)
  • Experience of working in the IT channel (VAR desirable)
  • Experience of working with ITSM tools
