Business Change Manager - FTC Gibbs Hybrid requires an accomplished Business Change Manager to ensure the successful outcomes of various business improvement initiatives onsite with a Bristol based client. Working in partnership with project sponsors and project managers, the Business Change Manager will offer expert skills in managing the people side of change. The Business Change Manager will be part of a Centre of Excellence that provides support to enable everyone to transition to better ways of working, using consistent standards and tools for change management. The Business Change Manager should have extensive experience of supporting people through the process of change. This is not a technical /IT role. You will work within projects of varying complexity to lead the analysis, planning and implementation of the people-centric aspects of the project and co-ordinate the activities of experts from other areas of the business, keeping them aware of progress and escalations. This role is part of Gibbs Hybrid Consultancy Team for a Fixed Term Contract of 12mths and predominantly based in Bristol.
