Job Description

More about your roleAs a Bricklayer you will be expected to carry out maintenance work on our extensive property portfolio.You will carry out domestic bricklaying on a responsive basis for current tenants and work on recently void properties completing repairs and renovationstoget our properties ready to re-let.You will be working in Bristol and surrounding areas.The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will have experience in working in domestic properties. It would be ideal if you have some experience in roofing or any relevant skills.

  • A driving licence is essential
  • Experience in groundworks, fencing and minor roof works as well as being required to take part in an out of hours rota.
  • You will have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in bricklaying
  • As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
