Job Description

Brand new, exciting Benefits & Wellbeing Opportunity just in!I am looking to speak to experienced Benefits & Wellbeing specialists, looking for their next hands on opportunity.Reporting into the Head ofTotal Reward & People Solutions and managing a Benefits Advisor and Wellbeing Consultant, you will work closely with the Senior Reward Advisors and Payroll Manager alongside other members of the Total Reward and People Solutionsteam.Your role will be to manage the benefits and wellbeing programme within the business, developing the benefits and wellbeing strategy to ensure their offering is in line with business objectives and supports the businesses ability to attract and retain talent.You will manage the overall holistic benefits provision - This role is key in shaping the wellbeing strategy and bringing this to life to, you will engage and work closely with colleagues across the People and Culture team.I would love to speak to you today if you have;

  • Experience of developing benefit and wellbeing strategies as part of a HR strategy
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing plans to deliver benefit and wellbeing strategy, and experience of developing and measuring wellbeing plans
  • Management of employee benefits ideally through a flexible benefits platform
  • HR experience; experience working within a HR role with understanding of broader implications, considerations and risk around employment legislation
  • Ideally experience of HCM Oracle although not essential
  • Line management/supervisory experience
