Job Description

Our client is a successful international business in the middle of an HR Transformation programme affecting people, process, and technology. As part of that, they are undergoing a transformation of their core HR systems, replacing disparate legacy serviceswith a single, global backbone to manage core personnel data. Key to the success of this programme will be the integration of this backbone to services that rely on HR data, such as payroll systems, user account management systems, rota/shift management toolsand business (KPI) reporting.DayForce is the newly implemented Global HR System which will integrate via middleware to these downstream systems. The design and construction of the middleware, acting as an operational data store, must securely:

  • Receive data from DayForce on a timely basis
  • Transform the data for the end systems
  • Make the data available to the end system
This projects objective is to focus on the Payroll system integration for Germany and France and to assist with this we are looking for a Contract Azure Integration Engineer as follows:
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of an MS Azure middleware solution, defined in line with the clients standards
  • Build, document, and unit test integrations, which will be a mix API and file-transfer based approaches.
  • Support System Integration and User Acceptance testing and resolve issues as they arise
  • Support the Go live implementation of the middleware integration, including necessary support documentation.
  • Provide early life support for the middleware integration, expected to take the form of solving issues raised during the working day in readiness for the next working day
The German and French MS Azure components are to be designed, constructed, and documented in a manner to support the reuse for future payroll integrations.The project will work alongside the Group People Programme and third-party suppliers, Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Service Operations to Business Systems, to define and deliver the solutions.Experience:
  • An experienced Integration Engineer with design and build experience of integrating core business systems.
  • API Development
  • HR Systems integration a bonus but any business system integration is fine.
  • Azure and tools for integration.
  • You may have a BizTalk or other Middleware background.
  • Ability to work fully remotely
