Job Description

Role - Automation LeadSalary - £70,000- £80,000 +Bonus and BensLocation - Hybrid/Remote (Bristol office)About the roleAs part of a continued commitment to providing superior quality service on the cutting edge of technology to all clients. We are at the inception of developing a Centre of Excellence focused on RPA, Automation, AI and ML. We are looking to hire an Automation Lead to help the business establish a centre of excellence (CoE) in Automation. Experience with automations tools such as Robotic Process Automation or a proven history of building and leading an automation CoE will be aperfect background to help us on our mission.What youll be doing

  • Maintain and manage the delivery of the RPA/Automation roadmap.
  • Design, build, maintain and oversight of automation solutions.
  • Establishing a framework for systematic QA and monitoring of automated processes and solutions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation
  • Testing automated workflows to ensure business processes functional optimally and without risk of error
About you
  • 4+ years of experience in RPA, including experience building and leading CoEs for RPA and hyper automation
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience with a variety of tools and technologies, including MuleSoft RPA,, MuleSoft Composer, MuleSoft Anypoint and Salesforce Flow.
  • Strong project delivery skills and experience delivering large-scale automation projects.
