Job Description

Role: Assistant PlannerLocation: BristolSalary: £28000-£35000We are proud to be representing a leading town planning and development consultancy that provide services such as strategic land promotion, planning policy advice, planning appraisals, planning applications and appeals. Due to a healthy workload are on thesearch for an Assistant Planner to join the office in Bristol.Essential Criteria for an Assistant Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)
  • Understanding at a practical level in property.
  • MRTPI Qualified or working towards
  • Exposure in either the private or public sectors of planning.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of an Assistant Planner:
  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
  • Becoming a single point of contact for clients.
