Job Description

Assistant Marketing Manager Bristol£32k p.aOur client, a leading construction specialist providing cleanrooms, coldrooms and firewall systems to the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical markets, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team!The role:This is an exciting opportunity to head-up one of the three marketing departments, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development Management to develop and execute marketing campaigns in line with the department’s aspirations.

  • Own the marketing and client contact strategy within the department to maintain touchpoints with existing clients and drive new clients as primary focus.
  • Produce engaging written and visual content that speaks directly to clients, building on key trends and developments in the industry.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting on marketing performance to senior management, in line with department’s predefined KPIs.
  • Deliver key marketing support to business winning priorities of the Business Development team.
  • Understand all marketing opportunities available with clients, accreditation partners and trade associations, and their fit within the business’ wider marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and other teams across the business to develop timeless marketing content.
Key skills/ experience:
  • At least three years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience across the whole digital marketing mix, including devising targeted campaign strategies, paid advertising campaigns and analytics to monitor performance.
  • Evidence of developing, delivering and analysing tailored marketing strategies for clearly segmented audiences.
  • Copywriting and content creation for a specific target audience, adapting tone-of-voice and delivery to suit.
  • Working with PR and other external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns.
Familiar with:
  • CRM system management, administration and automations.
  • Wordpress content management.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud package - InDesign, Photoshop etc.
  • Google Analytics (ideally GA4) and Google Ads platforms.
